Simple Belly Bun ~5 spiced braised pork belly (naturally raised kurobuta) topped w/ julienne cucumbers, scallions and hoisin sauce served on a homemade bun

Shrimp Taco~ seared shrimp w/ chipotle crema, shredded cabbage and avocado served on

corn tortillas

“OMG” Wings ~ 2pcs of our spicy, sweet and tangy chicken wings

Organic Fried Milk~ battered milk custard sprinkled w/ shaved Scharffen Berger dark chocolate

and dusted w/ cinnamon-cocoa powder
